Affordable Counselling for Children, Adolescents & Young People – Cambridge

At Counselling with Madeleine, I believe therapeutic support should feel accessible, supportive, and ethically held.

Alongside private counselling sessions with Madeleine, the practice offers a limited number of affordable counselling spaces with carefully selected trainee therapists undertaking advanced clinical placements in child and adolescent therapeutic work.

This allows more children, adolescents, young people, and families to access therapeutic support within a professionally supervised setting.

What Is Affordable Counselling?

Affordable counselling sessions are offered by trainee therapists who are:

  • Undertaking advanced professional counselling or psychotherapy training
  • Working specifically with children and adolescents
  • Receiving ongoing clinical supervision
  • Supported within a structured and safeguarded practice environment

All trainee work is clinically overseen by Madeleine Gooding, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor.

Trainees are carefully selected and supported throughout their placement experience.
